How long does shipping take?
Shipping to Germany usually takes 1-3 business days and is done with GLS.
To Europe 2-5 business days.
My country is not on the list?
Please contact us by phone, email or live chat and we will make you an offer.
Returns
After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to revoke your order. Please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery name
- Delivery address
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We can purchase a return label for you upon request.
In case of damaged goods, we will of course exchange the items for you free of charge.

How do I redeem my voucher?
Add the products you want to order to your shopping cart. In the top right, you can click on your shopping cart, where you will then have the option to apply the voucher.

I am a business customer, how can I pay without VAT?
Unfortunately, our shop system cannot automatically process orders without VAT at the moment.
We can manually create an invoice for you without VAT. Please contact us with:
- Links and quantity of the products you wish to order
- VAT number
- Delivery address
- Billing address (if different)
